Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data is involved when you use this site or buy a plugin. The short version: the site itself collects nothing, and payment data is handled by Paddle, not by the Developer.
Who is responsible
Peng Chaojun, an individual developer, contactable at pluoluo@qq.com. For paid orders, Paddle.com Market Ltd is a separate controller of the order data it processes as Merchant of Record.
This website
- The site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts, and does not ask you to create an account.
- The hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard server request data such as IP address, timestamp and requested URL for delivery and security. The Developer does not use that data to identify visitors.
Buying a plugin
- Checkout happens on Paddle. Paddle collects the data needed for the sale — name, email, billing country, tax identifiers where relevant, and payment details — and processes payment. Card numbers never reach the Developer.
- The Developer receives from Paddle only what is needed to fulfil and support the order: your email address, the product bought, the order reference and the billing country. This is used for licence delivery, support and required accounting records.
- Paddle's own privacy notice covers its processing: paddle.com/legal/privacy.
Email support
If you email for support, the message and any attachments are kept for as long as needed to help you and to keep a record of the issue. Attached files (for example an SVG that fails to import) are used only for diagnosing that issue and are not shared.
The plugins themselves
- The plugins run locally inside SketchUp. They read the files you point them at and write their settings into SketchUp's own plugin preferences on your computer.
- They do not transmit your models, files or usage data to the Developer or to any third party.
Legal basis and retention
Order data is processed to perform the contract with you and to meet accounting and tax obligations; such records are kept for as long as those obligations require. Support correspondence is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in providing support and is deleted when no longer needed.
Your rights
- You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can object to processing. Email pluoluo@qq.com. For data held by Paddle as Merchant of Record, requests may need to go to Paddle as well; the Developer will point you the right way.
- Deletion requests cannot override records the Developer is legally required to retain, such as invoices.
