Terms of Service
These terms cover the purchase and use of the SketchUp plugins offered on this site. By buying or installing a plugin you agree to them.
1. Who you are dealing with
- The plugins are developed and sold by Peng Chaojun, an individual developer (the "Developer"), contactable at pluoluo@qq.com.
- Paid orders are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record: Paddle handles payment, tax and invoicing, and appears on your card statement. Paddle's own buyer terms apply to the transaction itself.
2. Licence granted
- A paid purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the plugin on up to 2 computers that you personally use, for as long as you comply with these terms.
- The free plugins are licensed for use at no charge on any number of computers you personally use.
- Models, drawings and other output you create with a plugin are yours. There is no restriction on commercial use of that output.
3. What you may not do
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent or publish the plugin files, in original or modified form.
- Remove or alter licensing, attribution or version information.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or obfuscate the plugin except where that right cannot be excluded by law.
4. Updates
- Minor-version updates are provided free of charge. A future major version may be a separate paid product; if so, that is stated at the time.
- The Developer may change, add or remove features between versions. Where a change removes documented behaviour, it is noted in the release notes.
5. Payment and refunds
- Prices are shown in USD and exclude VAT or sales tax, which is added at checkout where applicable.
- Refunds are handled under the Refund Policy on this site.
6. Disclaimer and liability
- The plugins are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The Developer does not warrant that a plugin is free of defects or fits any particular purpose.
- To the extent permitted by law, the Developer's total liability arising from a plugin is limited to the amount you paid for it. The Developer is not liable for lost work, lost profit, or indirect or consequential loss.
- SketchUp models can be damaged by any extension. Save your work and keep backups before running an operation on an important file.
- Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Termination
The licence ends if you materially breach these terms. On termination you must stop using and delete the plugin files.
8. Changes and governing law
- These terms may be updated; the current version is always the one on this page, with the date shown in the footer. Material changes do not apply retroactively to a purchase already made.
- Third-party names such as SketchUp, Trimble, Enscape, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Inkscape and Figma are the trademarks of their respective owners. These plugins are independent products, not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies.
