Refund Policy
The paid plugins are digital products delivered immediately. Even so, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase — a plugin that does not work for you should not cost you money.
The 14-day window
- Ask within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund. You do not need to prove a fault: "it doesn't fit my workflow" is a good enough reason.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method. Paddle, as Merchant of Record, issues the refund; it typically appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
How to ask
- Email pluoluo@qq.com with your order reference (from the Paddle receipt) or the email address you bought with. A refund request through Paddle's own receipt link works just as well.
- Telling us what went wrong is optional and always welcome — it is how the plugins get better. It is not a condition of the refund.
After the window
Beyond 14 days a refund is not automatic, but ask anyway if something is clearly broken. If a plugin has a defect that stops it doing what its page says it does, and no fix is available, a refund is the right outcome regardless of the date.
Cases we will not refund
- Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles of the same product.
- A request based on a feature that the plugin's page explicitly states is not supported. The compatibility and FAQ sections list the gaps on purpose — please read them, or ask before buying.
- SketchUp versions below 2021, or macOS, which are documented as unsupported.
Free plugins
The three free plugins involve no payment, so there is nothing to refund. Support is provided for them all the same.
Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation for digital purchases, that right applies in addition to this policy and is not limited by it.
